This was our first and maybe last time using your service center. We never got updates or any real answers about our problem with the van. We had to come down to the service center to even get an answer as no one was calling us back.

Cesar greeted me in person at our proscribed meeting time. He listened attentively to my concerns and confirmed my call back number. He advised me when my vehicle would be ready. Lastly, there was follow up to make sure I had no questions. Excellent job as usual by Cesar.

I was told that I would get a call regarding the status of my vehicle but I never did. I called three times to get this information. The service department did not resolve my problem.

Car was there since yesterday, but nothing was done today. Was to inconvenient to leave car another day. I could have picked it up yesterday and saved myself a $74 car rental.

It took a second time to bring my car in for it to be fix after it was there a week before it was fix and twelve calls for them to get my messge. I haven't put on freeway to see if it ok
