My car was taken in on Wednesday and I didn't get it back until Monday. We realize there are delays but communication is key. Apparently the voice mail is not set up for Jolie's phone and it rings continually not allowing messages. Updates are very important for customer satisfaction. You are still our dealer of choice.
My service provider was professional, but all my concerns were not addressed. My car is as their foe 2 days and I still don’t know what the other issues are. Part of my concerns were addressed and corrected but I’m upset that it wasn’t addressed and now I will have to brink the car back and it’s an inconvenience now. Also I do not wasn’t to pay a diagnosis fee when my car was already there and paid.
Christian was very professional and kind even dealing with my confusion. Should we need services again, I would like only to deal with Christian. Give him a raise!
Jolie and Tommy were the only thing positive out of a bad chain of events why comforting courteous in a home town honoring way ;do I need to say in COVID times caring seems to be missing in about every Avenue except your service bay BEST REGARDS BILLHILL
Had to bring my new Chrysler Pacifica van in 3 times within weeks for the same problem...check engine light going on. Still not totally sure it was just disconnected so they didn't have to see me again.
Service great once car was towed there. No one answers the phones. It’s miserable. Would totally take my car elsewhere if there was a place to do so because of this.

Took my car in for several concerns. Seem to only take care of one. Seemed like from the beginning your advisor wasn’t listening or engaged. Maybe because my vehicle is a fleet vehicle, but would hesitant to take personal car here.
It says you changed all four tire sensors. They don’t seem new.
Complimentary car wash would be a nice additional service.
Your dealership makes it incredibly difficult to schedule a vehicle for recall purposes. The fact that I have to leave a vehicle all day for a 10-minute procedure is crazy. For a working person it is almost impossible to orchestrate this.
In an emergency situation the jeep failed to go into reverse and wouldn't back up. I asked that a diagnostic be done and the trans to be inspected to find out what happened. Service called and told me to come get the car. They said the couldn't duplicate the trans failure. The diagnostic was not done.
