My service advisor was courteous and fast, but what I really have a problem with is how long it took to simply get a diagnostic; two whole days just for that?! I’d hate to think of how long my car would be sitting there if I did decide to have it repaired there, I had to get a rental car for $80 a day, and to top it off, the obscenely high price suggested for the service necessary of $1300?!? I got an estimate somewhere else for a third of the price. I feel we should get all of our services and repairs at the dealership, but the greediness of the executives or whoever is in charge of prices keeps us from using your services, if the prices were competitive we wouldn’t have to go asking somewhere else, and the dealership would have more traffic, but the exorbitant prices make that impossible

Everyone who worked there were fast and helpful, my vehicle had several recalls and they managed to finish the same day. Everyone was so polite and good energy.
I picked my car up this afternoon. My two batteries were replaced BUT my backup camera, and blindside indicators still DO NOT work. Neither do the USB & 12 VOLT outlets. I brought my car there to get those issues corrected. (See the appointment I scheduled for 7:45am 9/20/2021).
I did night time drop off it's time drop off and called once in the morning 2 hours late I missed that call you never drove my car you never checked it out I picked it up and walked away down up and walked away that I'll be back You probably would have got about $2500 from me

As always, Cesar A. goes far beyond just seeing that my RAM is serviced and maintained. He is a true expert in making sure that I am satisfied with the results and not inconvenienced with the time it takes in servicing.

I tried to discuss my concerns with the service agent but I didn't get it addressed. I called the service manager Brian Moore and left multiple voicemails requesting a return call. I’ve had my car serviced here several times and the CDJR representatives do not communicate updates when promised and in a timely manner. I had to call several times today to get a call back .
Humberto was extremely helpful with all the issues I had with my truck.
Cesar did a very well and professional job. The man deserves a raise and title promotion for supervisor or manager. He’s a quick problem solver and very focused on customer satisfaction.
