I wasn’t given a call on what was done. Only that it was ready for pick up. It would’ve been ideal if a service rep could’ve called and updated on what item was worked on.

My Service Personnel Jamie was very accurate and Helpful at all times she took her time to keep me informed with the situation of my car every step of the repair process. Was not called about my car being completed. Had to call multiple days to find out the status of my car. Then found out it was ready a day before I picked it up. Also keep bringing my car in for the same concern and also get the same “result” of unable to duplicate concern. Going to have to find another dealership who will address my concerns.

This is more for Brian Moore! My Jeep has had a problem since I bought it and due to COVID we finally got it fixed and then BOOM it happened again. So frustrating for a new car. He took control, kept me in the loop and took care of the problem and me! I cannot thank him enough for not only fixing my new car but being attentive and understanding with my frustration. Christian helped him get this done. Thanks so much!

It takes weeks to get an appointment to fix a warranty item, then when you bring it in it takes 30 or 40 minutes to get checked in. The system is way too slow.
