Wasn't able to get my car out because someone ohad blocked my car in and the staff didn't have the key to remove the vehicle so I decided to start my car and it was making a small rattling noise so I left the car there which I couldn't take my car if I chose to because I was blocked I'm 1400.00 I'm a unsatisfied customer. I will be speaking with the Manager in the morning.
Humberto was great. Your car loaner system doesn't work very well. Lots of delays.
Everyone looked unhappy there. From the sales people to the cashier to the techs wandering around with nothing to do. Just was an overall depressing feeling throughout.
I’ve brought in my Dodge Journey 6 times to fix the center stack problem and not once was it fixed. I’ve taken days off work to bring it in and each time was a complete waste of time. The center stack console screen randomly turns off and I lose AC, stereo and rear camera function until it randomly comes back on.
The vehicle was just under the mileage limit needed to be covered by warranty but now it it’s over. It seems that my only option is to spend thousands of dollars to replace the entire thing. One would think Dodge mechanics and technicians could figure out the issue but I’m stuck with a 3 year old car where half the technology is inoperable. Not even a little satisfied.
Communication was horrible. For 5 days, no one could give me an update on my car. They didn't call me back when they said they would. Also, I left multiple voice-mails and never got a call back.

Amazing called me every other to let me know the update and the progress of my vehicle highly satisfied I've been driving all day today and the car feel like new highly satisfied.
As always, there is a complete lack of communication between the service department and the customer. I never have my calls returned and the service advisors never take my calls. I’m always told they are with a customer and will call me back. That call back never comes. It is entirely up to me to spend 1-2 hours calling the service department over and over again to try to get a status update on my vehicle. Any when I finally do get an update, it’s via relayed message from the advisor through the person answering the phone.
Vehicle is still making a clicking noise under the passenger side. My vehicle was held for 5 days and, according to the invoice, the only work done was an alignment, dash light reset, and multi point inspection. I feel like that could have been accomplished in an afternoon.
Improve client engagement. More updste around the status of your vehicle. And return calls in a timely manner
Took my car in for 3 factory recalls, that seems to have been done fine. However my check engine light was on and they did not even look at it to tell me why,only to be told when I picked up the car it would be 185.00 to diagnosis it. Checking the check engine code is simple yet no one cared.
