My car was there all day on 10-20 and 10-21-21 to be told that none of my concerns were observed. I now have to go on 10-22-21 to have a technician drive with me. All the issues I wrote about happen everyday since the new engine was installed due to the failed oil consumption test.

Received no updates while vehicle was being serviced (same deal every visit) regardless who your advisor is, almost impossible to reach service advisor to get status, had to personally come in to see service manager to get an update on the vehicle. Seems like you guys need more advisors to service customers better, this last advisor was good when I did speak with him but if you can’t reach him then they are useless. Happy that the warranty repair for my transfer case went well, thank you for that! I did ask repeatedly to fix my windshield washer sprayer to be fixed since it’s always clogged. Once again this did not happen, finding out once I arrived home. So this is the second service thst I asked for this to be fixed and nothing got done. Previous warranty repair on back panel of passenger seat still has a gap, plastic was replaced by does not look factory and it should.

They cannot figure out why the car is not performing after several months and large bills. We have been good customers and the car will be back in on Monday !!!!!!!

Rude people across the board Ceasar was the only professional service people do not know what they are doing and treat people very bad. I would not come back except to see Ceasar there would have been a large problem without him

Calls were rarely returned in a timely manner and it was hard to get through to get an update about my vehicle! It’s also been impossible to select a time after 6 pm to pick up my car - which is tough with a full time job :(

Simply take a picture of the bubbling paint on the hood of my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and submit it to Chrysler corporate. This is a known Chrysler problem. Don’t tell me to go to another dealership with a body shop. (The dealership in Cerritos does not have a body shop attached to it.) I left a message asking the advisor to call me back and I have yet to receive the callback.

Christian didn't introduce himself to me initially. I didn't receive a text after I gave my car to him for service. I arrived at 7:45, I had to go to his desk to inquire as to the status of my car. A service teck came out at 12:30 to inform me what was going on with my car. At 3:30 I went to the Service Mgr to see why I was still for 2 light bulbs since 8:00, he spoke to Christian, they told me 2 bulbs, and labor was $150, then told me they misdaiagonist the cause and it was going $495 for a rear light assembly. I told them to put my car back together so I could leave. I left at 4:15, an entire day waisted for nothing.
