My only complain is that it took six hours to get an oil change and another day to get a technician to see what we brought it in for which we made the appointment for two weeks in advance.

I would have liked more updates. Updates on when the parts were going to arrive, what service was being done on what day, etc. I probably won’t return for service at Scott Robinson because it took so long with very few updates in the long time my car was there.

My ram truck can't have a front end alignment due to the drag link recall. I was told a new drag link has been ordered, but have had no feed back from SCOTT Robinson.
