The car was ready exactly when Christian said it would be. I believe he did his best to get the repair covered at no cost to me. The headlight seems to be working at this point in time.

I had an appointment on Thursday, November 4th at 0830. Not only was my vehicle not diagnosed within 36 hours of my appointment, my service technician did not contact me until I said I was going to pickup at lunch the following day because not one person contacted me to give an update. I called Brian’s extension multiple times and no one answered. After telling me my rear right tire was switched out, my tire pressure light is still on with all other tires at mac capacity. Also, my rear lock light issue was never diagnosed. I’ve been services here twice before without issue. With a child in cancer treatment, I cannot afford to not have a servicing vehicle for multilevel days with no update. At a minimum I should receive an update on the same day as my scheduled appointment without me calling a bunch of times only to speak to someone who has no idea what’s going on with my car. Brian should’ve been available any one of those times.

The repair on my warrantied item was fine, I am very disappointed that I was charged $150 for the buyback lease inspection. It took ALL DAY LONG for that to happen and I had an appointment. I can’t imagine how long it would have taken if I didn’t have the appointment

They neglected my vehicle and left the radio on for two days and let my battery die after I offered to them to remove the fuse to avoid the battery dying I was instructed not to remove it by a service technician

Please don’t contact me. Was disappointed in the service because it took a long time to check my car in. It took 2 days for you to do a software update. No one contacted me regarding status of the car until I reached out first and even then it was only to say they didn’t know anything. And it took almost 40 minutes for someone to bring my car out once it was done. Only 1 guys was bringing cars out and 7 people were waiting. You control the market for service of this car so I have no choice, but if I did I would go elsewhere.

I paid close to $130 for a light on my car to get fixed and when the car was delivered to me the light was still broke. I asked to speak to the manager he wasn't there and apparently no one else could give me my money back for a job not done. Your company lied to me and stole my money.

I took my jeep in for an oil change, add air to the tires, check the brakes, check the fluid, and front left light was out. When I picked up the car I was charged for oil change and tire rotation (I said nothing about rotating the tires), and was told that the light was working and needed to make an appt for an electrical check. Before driving away I checked the light, it wasn't working. They found that the bulb was out and needed replacement. So, they did not check the light and lied saying they did, and I paid for a tire rotation that I did not ask for. Are my brakes really OK? Did they truly put in the synthetic oil I asked for?

Luis did an excellent job keeping me informed on the status of work of my Grand Cherokee. He stayed on top of the progress and followed up appropriately. I would gladly use Luis for all of my service needs at Robinson Jeep. Thanks Luis

Cesar was great. Everyone in the sales showroom walks around with an attitude, talking **** about customers parking outside. The cashier made me feel like a ****. No thank you’s for your business. Not a very nice or welcoming atmosphere.

I drove on the freeway today Saturday the next day of service and the same problem came back on mid lane switch disabling my right blinker AGAIN
