I brought my van in at 9:30 am. I had an appointment and I had to take off work to bring it in. I sat in the lobby with my dogs for 4 hours. No one even started work on my van and no one came to tell me that it was sitting there with no one working on it. I took the keys and left. I will never be back again.
Thanks you Christian for your professional service. I felt the issues with my service were complex (intermittent thud noise coming from power train) and you were awesome with communication and resolution.
Estoy tan enojada por el mal servicio del sábado 13 de noviembre estuve asiendo linea en la calle desde 7:50 am para que una trabajador saliera y me dijiera que si iva aser el servicio tenia que espérarme por que estaban trabajando y no tenia mucho espacio para que los carros se quedarán ahí por mucho tiempo por eso tenia que esperar mi carro espere por 3 horas le pregunte ala resecionista que si sabia algo de mi carro dijo que no tenia nada de cambio de aceite salí afuera para mirar si ya casi estaba y lo que miro que mi carro estaba todavía esperando aque le icieran el cambio de aceite le pregunte aún trabajador y me dijo que tenia que esperar de una hora a ahora imedia más eso fue una burla para mi tuve que llevarme mi carro sin aserle el servicio Estoy buscando para llevarlo a otro diler imas porque yo e comprado dos challenger nuevos en el Scott Robinson los elevado aser el servicio ahí pero ahora no pienso regresar y los trabajadores no tienen ningún respeto al subierse amanejar los carro de los clientes primer carro meló chocaron ahí un trabajador y así meló lo entregaron asta que lo mire y tuvieron que arreglarlo y ahora esto del cambio de aceite que no les daría ninguna estrella y no los recomendaría con algún amigo o familiar nunca.

It took 4 days to complete the service on my jeep. The work done was fine, but I was initially told it would be 1-2 days, not 4. The guys were very polite and professional though.
Cesar was great!!!!!! Very knowledgeable and understanding to my issue…. Cesar made my experience easy… anytime I have service done I wish he would be my person, not to many people like him left who enjoys their job and go above and beyond for the customer.

Car is new and had issues with it I took it cumple of times already and still hasn’t resolve everything there’s some defects on the trucks the paint the back light etc etc.

Christian was communicative and friendly and felt good with his abilities. However the rest of the staff seemed disconnected or perhaps burnt out and somewhat unfriendly
