Zachary was a very good man and I am completely satisfied with his performance and I am very happy with the service he provided.
Brake service took twice as long as told.

The work done was fine and the timeliness and the shuttle service. My only minor complaint is that 1) my cars “maintenance needed” message did not get reset and 2) I didn’t get a new window sticker reminding me when my next service is due. Thanks

My car didn't get vacuumed and all the ones in front of me did.
Service adjusted our tires to 42 lbs on all four tires. It should have been 33 as it said inside the door and was already 33 when we came in. The dashboard icon came on and discount tires adjusted them.

My summary paper work did not have the tire pressures filled in. I asked the service advisor if they were checked, and she said yes. I asked her to check, and she spoke with the technician who said the computer would not allow him to enter the pressure but is was ok. These are aftermarket tires and there is a sticker on the inside door. That specifies the filling pressure of 46 psi. She mentioned 40 psi, and that it was corrected. I get home and check and all tires are at 30 psi. This is extraordinarily poor form and lack of attention to detail. Particularly when I asked about it.
