Took 2 hours for the oil change, i asked for a quote on a missing part and was never provided. I did not get any feedback on the inspection that’s offered with every oil change.

I had a 9:30 appointment (which took 2 weeks to get) and showed up at 9:12. I didn’t get checked in until 9:50 and my car was not completed until 12:04. I was then late for my appointment. A 10,000 mile service should never take around 3 hours. That is unacceptable. What is the purpose of an appointment? I may need to look at other Audi dealers for future service.

I was told I am to blame for a vehicle defect in my drivers side door seal. If it breaks so easily, it needs a better system. They did offer a fix but it’s temporary. Also: my check tire inflation sensors went off within 50 miles of the shop. This has happened multiple times . It does not seem like the techs are checking my tire pressure.

The car wasn’t reset so it still says to get a 10,000 mile inspection ? How do we reset it. We purchased the car from you and the package from you You should have on your file what pacage we purchased. Don’t ask my wife if she has coverage. When you tell us we need to come in for a 10,000 mile inspection you need to tell us if that is included in our package or not included. It’s simple basic good customer service. Those aren’t terrible things but it doesn’t put you at the top of customer care ????

Because you didn’t have any car to give I was without car for 2 days. I mentioned about my buttons don’t work properly, nobody checked it apparently because they still doesn’t work. Something happened to my multimedia screen because I’m having hard time to connect to apple car play. My window fixed yes and Simeon was very helpful for sure.
