1. Truck was in for service but didn’t even get serviced.
2. At some point during the valet process, the items in the rear seat area went flying from one side to the other and a small plastic drawer set I keep gear in was tipped over. I’ve had the same setup in my last two pick-ups and have NEVER had this happen…
3. When I called to ask / confirm that the truck hadn’t been serviced, the service writer simply passed me onto Scheduling.
4. Relative to above; why is it the end user’s responsibility to reach back out to scheduling when there’s a recall / update / etc.?
I manage a heavy equipment dealership and if my team provided such poor service I would be embarrassed. Whited Ford is looking pretty good right now…

We were in a difficult situation being from North Carolina when our car needed service in Bangor. Jackie was awesome, and was able to have our car serviced before our vacation departure date. Thank you!

I only ever service my vehicle at this dealership. As such any damage done to the vehicle would’ve been done by techs. I brought my vehicle in for some warranty work today and your staff told me the vehicle had been tampered with by someone not of the Ford dealership. That is an impossibility as you’re the only dealership I go to And I bought the vehicle new. Your techs refused to honor the warranty work. They did at least stop short of outright calling me a liar, so that is something. Needless to say today was a very disturbing day at your dealership. And I’m not so sure that someone back there isn’t making things up so they won’t have to do the work under warranty. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Computers to check why check engine light is on were not working. Will have to go back yet once again. The service representative was very apologetic, but very displeased with Ford now. This will be my last Ford.

Horrible service at reception(whoever answers main number) I was literally hung up on over 8 times. I could hear the lady chatting in the background etc. bad communication. Over a week to get a call after so many calls. In addition to the bad service, overpriced fro same repairs as other dealership. I purchased the vehicle new there and was going to trade it in to buy a new one but instead decided to take my business elsewhere

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had while getting my car serviced. The atmosphere and workers were positive and upbeat. The waiting area was quiet, bright, and comfortable. The coffee was definitely amy favorite added bonus!
