They lost the part for my car. I had the apt sch for almost a month waiting to get in. And when O got there for my apt I sat there for 40 mins before they came and said they didnt have the part there anymore that they delivered it to my house which they did not do. Soooooo extremly mad about the whole thing.

Cody did a wonderful job, so far I have not found any parts on my garage floor... I do have one issue with the service that was provided and it's with the "management team" For the price you pay for an Audi, " a premium vehicle" and the cost of Audi service, I would have expected a loaner vehicle to be offered for a major scheduled maintenance. You requested that my car be dropped off the night before the appointment. When scheduleing similar maintenance on my wife's Mercedes, a loaner is always available. KIA is kicking your **** in this department! I was embarrassed when the person that came to pick me up in her KIA told me she was offered a loaner when she has her schedule maintenance done...

I was very pleased with the customer service . I was very pleased with how well my car turned out after they washed it at no charge and they came and picked it up and returned it.
