I should not have found out today for the first time that my tires needed to be rotated. I assumed that this had been done in June during our service. How ridiculous that I pay for service and the tire rotation was not only not covered but never mentioned until now. I’m very displeased…I leased a Mercedes and tire rotation was performed and included. I may not be leasing an Audi again!

Jaylene was amazing she went above and beyond! I was concerned about my spare tire. My spare tire had a flat and I had to be towed to another Audi dealer. I did not realize that they had repaired it. She had the service team take a look at it to make sure it was properly repaired.
She called me to let me know that the spare was safe to use in an emergency and to follow up with her if I had any further questions!!
