Q5 TDI service 11/14/23
Although it was supposed to be included in the 75K mile service, AdBlue wasn't filled. Upon my arrival to pick up the vehicle, I asked uf it was done. After checking, a tech filled the AdBlue on the spot. Ryan was very helpful in getting this corrected.

It was not a good experience from start to finish and very exspensive for a wrong diagnosis. Then I got my car home with things they did or didn't do causing more issues.Anyway it would be nice to get a call back

He greeted me as I pulled up and got the paperwork started immediately.
Arsen was wonderful to work with, if I have any issues with my car in the future, I will contact Arsen for service.

You guys set the standard on communication with customers. This dealership clearly cares about its relationship with the customer. Jeff was great in all aspects of handling my service today. I sincerely appreciate his service today and you can tell he truly cares. That’s the Darling’s difference in my opinion.
