I am on vacation. I had an alternator issue. Scott was great I am on vacation I had an alternator issue. Scott was able to squeeze me in very happy with the service and customer service and I was out within a reasonable amount of time and I would come back if I’m in the area again for future repairs.

The staff who received my car needs basic customer relations. He sounded like he jad a bad early Monday morning. I had I gut feeling he is just there for the work with utter lack of motivation. I was hoping to see Jaylene who is naturally accommodating and sensible.
The male staff assumed my ignorance first and when I asked him to check the system on my sched and that I reported the issue from the app, he effectively separated himself from Audi team saying that "I don't know about that! It's the repair department who can say!" When it could have been easier to state "We will certainly look into the issue of your car and let you know." He misrepresented Audi team with such dry attitude early in the morning.
