Brought my vehicle in for the one year complementary oil change and tire rotation and inspection as well as a light scratch and smudged paint from door dings to be removed. I got it back and noticed no difference, everything looked the same. I did purchase the warranty that covers dents, light scratches and door dings, but I did not see a difference. Feels like my vehicle was pushed to the side and forgotten about and I feel cheated out of $700+.

Jaylene was AMAZING! During such a stressful time receiving the news of a four thousand dollar repair was devastating. She was so patient and understanding and really made me feel as if I was heard with how frustrated I was. Jaylene really is a team player and Audi is very grateful to have her as an employee. Thanks again Audi, for having the best of the best on your team! Jaylene you rock!

Poor service was provided the first visit to replace my turbo. The technician left vacuum tubes disconnected, crankcase breather disconnected, mounted engine cover bracket incorrectly, improperly routed harnesses and only partially secured wheel well. Engine coolant was slopped all over the place and not cleaned up. I expect a high level and professional service. I could have got better service from a no name garage. I still smell the oil that dripped down on to my turbo and exhaust manifold burning off. I will probably seek a different dealership for any future service. I am very dissapointed and no longer trust Darlings Ford

Aremeh Sosani in the service dept is always very helpful & always very nice. The men in the service dept are always very nice. I'm so happy I bought my used car there. I've always been happy with the service they provide on my car.
