Your service dept is outstanding!

Part of buying a car in Lakeland was so that I could service it when needed. Your sales team assured me if I paid for Audi service that all my car needs would be ore paid accordingly and I should not have any out of pocket expenses. First oil change you tried to charge me for wiper blades and rotation of tires. Really how is that not included? Also you had no cars available for me to go back to work while my car was being serviced. Yet you have a parking lot full of cars. Typical dealership that over promises and under deliveries. You’re not that busy of a dealership your word and experience should be spectacular. Those weee your words when I bought my car. It looks like Audi care isn’t as good as other luxury vehicles. BMW, Lexus never would charge for tire rotation. Very disappointing experience. I was hoping your team would be different.

Professional and courteous. Kept me updated about my vehicle. Service finished faster than expected.

There was very little communication about what was going on. The only time I heard anything was when I called. My vehicle was in the shop for two weeks on something that I would assume takes a couple hours.

The service was efficient. The staff was courteous and very professional. I’m very satisfied with the service I received.
