Poor service. Ryan charged me for an inspection when we talked about the fact that it would not pass because there was a little moisture in the right front headlight cover. He knew it wouldn’t but still charged me for it.. My company has bought several trucks from Darlings, not sure I’ll ever go back after this service.

Just a comment about a prior service as I never received a survey. After 6 months of owning my ford the brakes started to squeak. I brought it in to have my brakes looked at only to be told nothings wrong. I’m not a mechanic but know that is a poor assessment. My brakes still squeak. Jeffrey is awesome and has excellent customer skills. This complaint has nothing to do with him. I was surprised after my appointment for my brakes that I never received a request for feedback. Thank you.

Tony’s very courteous and professional. He gave me his desk phone number, email and provided me with his cell phone to communicate by text. He called me weekly to give updates as far as waiting for the parts to arrive.
He also provided a loaner car which was very much appreciated.

Sino helped me with my most recent annual service. The inspection showed a need to replace the rear brakes. Sino set it up and arranged for a loaner without me even requesting it. The service was performed quickly and I’m super happy!

One of the issues I brought my car for wasn't addressed even when I asked for it multiple times. I been told there is no voltage error in my car according to Audi scaner when 3rd paty device is finding P056000 voltage error in the car gateway that is static and cannot be erased.

Jeffery greeted me cordially with recollections from years ago when he helped resolve an electrical issue with one of my two Ford CMax vehicles I leased. It was nice to catch up with him and the service was prompt and professional. I totally love my 2023 Ford Maverick, it is the perfect small truck to meet my needs without feeling small at all! Thanks to Rick and Otis for sticking it out with me during other 11 month wait!
