Jacky Deng was the perfect service manager for my situation. I bought the car used a few years ago and had several issues that I could not resolve due to post-Covid supply chain issues, etc. Jacky is very knowledgeable about VWs. He and his team solved multiple problems to get my car into the best shape ever.

Tony always provides me with exceptional customer service. From initial contact to the completion of the service, Tony is friendly, and ensures that I am provided with all that I need. He always makes sure my vehicle is clean inside and out after every service. Tony is top notch!

I dropped my car off by Appointment at 8:15. I had to call at 2 o’clock to get an update, only to be told they hadn’t even looked at my car yet. If you are going to schedule an appointment, look at the car as close to that time as possible. I could’ve used my car all morning, if you weren’t going to look at it until 3 o’clock, give me a 3 o’clock appointment. Very frustrated!!

Called Saturday to let service dept know that I did want a new tire installed right away. The person I spoke with (not Ryan) he would see what he could do to get it installed on Sunday and let me know. On Sunday afternoon I called because no one followed up with me and the person I spoke with (Simon) said he didn’t see a request for a new tire to be put on, but he’d call me back. When he called back, around 3:10 or so, he said he would have the service dept put in a new tire asap and to come pick up at 4 to give them enough time to install. He asked if I was coming in and I confirmed that I was. I got there at 4:00, but the entry was blocked by cars and a staff member saw me and asked what I needed. I told him the situation and he said he knew what vehicle I was talking about but that he wasn’t given permission to release the car to me.

Terrible service! No follow up, no communication after 3 days the car was towed in! I had to tow it to the Elston location in Chicago.

It took extraordinarily long time for just oil change. At the time of checking I was told that it would take about an hour and half. It took over two hours. I missed another appointment because I opted to wait at the dealership.
