Tony took a very irritating experience and made it right. He went above and beyond to change my mind with trusting the service department. We brought our Q3 in for service for an issue with the tire(s). We were assured that the initial visit would fix the issue when in fact, it made it worse. Requiring me to take more time out of my work day to bring the vehicle back in. We were again told that it was another tire which caused major confusion considering 6 weeks prior we were told that the remaining tires were fine. Tony took it upon himself to walk out to our vehicle and look for himself to find that we actually needed all the tires replaced. If it were not for Tony, I would have been forced to come back in a third time to get the same issue resolved. I still feel the main issue should be addressed, but Tony helped by getting me a rental and ensuring I would not have to worry about making another 45 min - an hour trip back to pick up my Q3. Thank you Tony!!

Simoen and the technician went the extra mile looking for the vibration that I insisted was in the front end of My S7. The cause, bent wheels was not obvious and initially they could find anything wrong. But patience and perseverance found the cause. I really appreciated their effort and solution to my problem.

All the people that I dealt with were wonderful and very helpful. However when I went to pick up my car, they couldn't find it.Then there was an unexplained charge on my bill, which was removed. Then the car wash took almost 25 minutes. Let's hope my next visit next week is better.

I have only had this vehicle since February of 2022. I have had it serviced at both Audi Tampa and Audi Lakeland. And BOTH dealerships have abysmal service in their Service Departments. I am CONSTANTLY quoted a time for my service to be done within and it is ALWAYS well over by 30 minutes or more. I came to Lakeland hoping it was just a fluke in Tampa but I guess ALL Audi dealerships think that once they have our money for the car that servicing it to RETAIN our business is beneath them and not worth their time.
