I paid for a tire rotation and did not receive one. The technician replaced the tire with the nail, but placed it back on the driver's side front (check your video)! When I checked my tires after Christmas, I noticed the other tires were rotated!!!
I am finding it difficult to take my car (and my wife's A6) to the dealer because issue like this keep repeating!!!!!!!

Hi there. Things started really great when we dropped off our car and got the loaner car, but we never got any further communication about what was wrong with our vehicle, how much it would cost, when it would be done etc. I’m not sure why we are getting this survey since we haven’t heard back yet about the service. Thanks!
