Jaylene is the ultimate sweetheart and professional. I almost took my car to Fletcher Jones but because of prior excellent experiences with Audi Morton Grove I came back and she further reinforced my loyalty.

Was a flawless service experience, as usual. My only complaint is that the coffee service in your waiting area has taken a step backwards — there were no creamer options and no lids. You used to have creamer and lids. So I ended up dumping the hot coffee rather than spill it all over your chairs and myself.

I was beyond pleased with Jaylen’s service. She was not only friendly but was updating me constantly on my vehicle and explained the repair thoroughly . She’s pleasant, customer service oriented and has amazing people skills. Great asset to your team Audi.

Tony did a fantastic job, my problem is with parts department. I don’t understand how a dealership doesn’t have a tire for an A5 in stock, that it has to be ordered , when there is a lot full of Audi cars that require the same tire. Poor business practice
