As always service at Audi was impeccable, drove into the service department and was greeted with a warm welcome and how can we help you today. Received a call, text when my car was ready for pick up, cleaned and ready for me to sign any paperwork and be on my way. Huge thank you to the guys who made everything so easy on a Saturday morning.

Stephano provided excellent customer service. He ensured our 4 hour wait was smooth by providing us options. He asked if we would like a loaner vehicle to go to the Mall. Even recommended nearby eateries. Way to go Stephano, I hope management is aware they have an awesome employee, and show their appreciation. We do!!

Ryan was absolutely terrific.

They did a really great job on the service of my vehicle.

Unfortunately Simon never communicated with me despite there being an issue with parts which created a significant delay in getting my car back. I had to show up later that afternoon only to find out that my car would not be ready that day. Another service person gave me a loaner and told me that he would contact Simon and that they would provide me with an update by the end of the day. I never received a call and had to reach out to the service dept. only to find out that my car would not be ready till the following day. I was told that I would get an update first thing in the morning but never did. I finally received an email at around 11:30am that my car was ready for pick up. I have always had a good experience with your service team who in the past provided timely updates. This time it was a disappointing experience.

Service experience was top notch

The Audi Morton Grove service team did a great job! They quickly and professionally got me back on the road so I was able to begin my driving trip to Naples, Fl. They need I was waiting for the car to be repaired ( loan thermostat) to begin my trip. They did all they could to get it done quickly.

He explained the problem with my vehicle and it was fixed in good timing.

Very unhappy with the 3.5 hour oil change. Had a 1 pm appt. And didn’t leave until 430.

Ryan had done an amazing job with communication and making me feel my car is in good hands! I’ll be speaking to Ryan more often when I come in, definitely gave me the best experience possible! I’ll of course write more (all positive) feedback in the email survey.
