Thank you. Jaylene is awesome, she is a keeper! I generally had very good interactions with your service team. This was my first vehicle service at your dealership and I was so surprised to receive a video with evaluation from technician. That was awesome! Who gets to see the belly of their vehicle? I love it.

Tony Mccalla is simply the best. He is a joy to work with. Whenever I bring my vehicle in, he keeps me up to date from beginning to end on the process of what is happening with the service. He is very personable and a consummate professional and I believe an asset to the Lakeland Audi dearship.

Sino was the service person who assisted me and he was great. He should teach a class to the sales department on customer service.
He was helpful and has knowledge of car and was able to address all my concerns.
Give him a raise.

Ryan was very respectful and helpful. As a female who doesn't know much about cars, Ryan made me feel welcomed and helped me understand the plan for my car. I fear being at a disadvantage for being a female when I go in any sort of car facility, but Ryan was amazing!

Christian, was very professional from the get go to the very end & walked me out after he had the car washed for me.
His service & knowledge was exceptional, l must say, all your employees are amazing!! Christian, looked up & made sure l was getting the right tire & if it was in stock.
