Jaylene was nice and easy to work with. Couple things want to point out after maintenance service was done.
Jaylene told me that there is no car wash because of the snow. But I saw people hand washing other car when I picked up my car. Is not a big deal with or without car wash, but just felt like I was being lie to.
I noticed a constant beeping noise after I was getting out from the dealership. Thought that something wrong with my car after the service and drove back. Jaylene and the mechanic found out that they left a coding device in my car. Just felt wasn’t professional at the time l.

Arsen went above and beyond to resolve the issue I had with my Q5. He was friendly, professional, and thoroughly explained the issue in layman’s terms. He kept me updated on the progress, and worked with the warranty company to get the repair covered under my policy. I will definitely request Arsen for any future issues I might have. Five stars for Arsen.

As always Sino was the best. Very helpful in explaining the work necessary. Had a loner waiting for us. 3 hours later my car was completed washed and ready for pick up. Simple no issues….just the way service on my vehicles should be. The best….

Sino has taken care of me several times. When I came in and told him what was going on he knew exactly what the problem was and he was correct. Got a loaner arranged for me right away and had my car back to me the next day.
