It was a pleasure working with Tony. Everything went well. The only negative was our car had no charge left on the battery. Tony had plugged the car on the charger but the car received no charge.we were well satisfied with our visit.

Ryan is thorough and helpful. I wish, however, that the service team had plugged my car in the charger given that they left it outside overnight during extremely cold weather conditions. I have now learned about how subzero temperatures can impact the battery, as the battery was considerably drained when I received my car back. I had errands that day and quickly received a warning indicator since my battery was so depleted. Alternatively the service team could have parked my car inside overnight.
