Stefano is an up and coming respectable young man. He was patient with all my questions plus professionalism is in his nature. I appreciate him taking time to understand how passionate I am about my TTRS. Maybe because he has a RS3. Hold on to this guy is it an asset to the AUDI Lakeland Team!

Tony was great and did his job as a true professional. The implication about the customer's choice of gas being the potential problem was not Tony's fault. Tony was fantastic.

The car wash crew did not do a good job my tire rim on passenger side was very disappointing to look at and maybe I should have gotten the tires balance because now my car drive with more ruff than it did before I brought it in for servicing…..That’s the Truth

It took way to long for a simple oil change, I specifically asked when I booked the appointment how long it would take and was told no longer than 3 hours, it took 4. This is the second time it has taken this amount of time and took an hour just to wash the car

I was really disappointed that our car was returned to us dirtier on the outside and inside than when we brought if in. Plus is was sitting out on the lot. What happened to washing the car after service and pulling the car up inside instead of having to search for it on the lot
