Gary’s consistent, Gary’s efficient, and Gary’s Genuine; ain’t a lot left to say. I wouldn’t dare take my Audi to any other service department, I’ve tried and in my experience theres no comparison to the Gary Downey way!

Sino was awesome. He was courteous, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He kept me updated throughout the entire service appointment and explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. He even answered questions that I asked about the car that were unrelated to the actual reason for the visit. It was a smooth, stress-free experience and I hope I have him again when I bring my car in. Thank you!

Ryan was very helpful and did a follow up call and explained what was wrong with it. Everything went smooth and I was able to get a loaner as promised. Ryan was very welcoming and respectful and provided the best customer service! I highly recommend Ryan to anyone going in for servicing and I will personally be going to him every time.

The staff and workmanship provided was amazing as always, but the +$700 cost for a new battery is crazy, even for a dealership. While battery cost was still overpriced, the labor cost was outrageous — almost triple what it should cost. The expense for a battery change on this service left a bad taste in my mouth, and may force me elsewhere for car service going forward.

Service recommended 70k inspection , which revealed the need for new tires. however inspection of brakes was deemed “you are still ok there” . When I took the car to private( non-Audi) shop , it was revealed that rust started forming in the back of front brake rotors suggesting that brake pads were not fully engaging. I was surprised to hear that Audi’s inspection missed such simple indicators. As much as I love Audi of Morton Grove , I think it’ll be fair that fee for inspection is refunded to me at least partially. Thanks ! David Z
