My experience was good, but could have been better with regards to the facility WiFi connection.. I was unable to connect to WiFi, I reported the problem to my customer service agent but he could not offer any further assistance.

This box is entirely too small to fit all the problems I have had recently with this dealership, in both sales and service. Needless to say I would rather drive all the way to AudiTampa or Orlando for any future needs. If someone actually reads this and cares to hear about my issues, I would certainly appreciate a call.
