We purchased a vehicle from darling in May of this year. The service writer who was getting items fix with vehicle got promoted and no one followed up on his orders. I had to call in August to find out the parts never got ordered. When i had them ordered again, again something happened and no one called and parts were not ordered because we didn’t make an appointment. We were not told an appointment had to be made before the parts could be ordered. When we called again Ryan took over the service order and he booked the appointment and got the parts in. Overall once ordered and the work was completed ahead of schedule for the day and that was appreciated. However overall customer service was not great and neither was the follow through

I only say I’m not completely satisfied because I was charged $850+ for one rim on my Ford Edge, when I have seen them going for less than $500 online in brand new condition. I also ended up paying $110 over the original estimate I was given, but I could’ve overlooked stuff on the receipt. Overall, very friendly service team and had my car ready by noon on the day they said it would be ready.

The service provider didn’t know I had a loaner reserved. The service provider didn’t provide any updates or estimated time to pick up my car. It was only when I called the service department (not the service advisor) that I got updates. The service advisor picked up my call wasn’t sure and said he will follow up and confirm when I pick up in 10 minutes but they never did. Next morning which is Sunday I called several times to know if my car is ready for pickup and no one picks up the phone (called service department to be clear). I also left voice message but no call returned. Finally someone picked up and confirmed my car is ready. The process has never been this confusing with lack of communications. Additionally, I called weeks before my service to purchase the maintenance package and no one from finance picked up the call or returned my message. I’d be happy to take my business elsewhere.

Ryan has done an exceptional job of replacing Joe Turner. He is personable, professional and is accommodating. I give Ryan Kenyon high marks in his new role and look forward to continuing our relationship! We love Darlings Ford and it is employees like Ryan that keep a positive image for Darlings!

Stefano went out of his way to be helpful. My car needed a new motor and it took a few weeks to get. He updated me weekly on the progress. His communication with me was very helpful!
