Wasted 2 1/2 hours coming for a car that had a CEL light. Car smelled like burnt coolant wasn’t cleaned. Service writer didn’t call until i made it a big issue. Left the car with a half a tank was given back car on E( have pictures of mileage and gas tank E). Left the car in comfort mode for in it was in dynamic so most likely the porter that dropped it off had more fun than I had in the past week of owning it.

As apart of my visit today, I had a key programmed as I did not receive my second key when I purchased the vehicle in November. After the visit was completed, the service advisor suggested that I use my warranty information to cover the cost of the key. I should not have been asked to cover the cost of a part that should’ve been with my original purchase.

It took over 3 1/2 hours for an oil change that was quoted about2 hours. Also the filter was taken apart and left on the floor on passenger side.
