We had electric issue with our Q8 and informed it was cover under warranty.
So we dropped the vehicle over the weekend picked up on Tuesday. As soon as my wife drive the car we had parking sensor and lights on dashboard stared to malfunction. And I called back to get this checked in again and I was told I can’t check in till Friday since schedule is full. Also customer service who took care of us on first day never called me back when I left him a voice msg.

I was the VERY FIRST customer waiting for service before the doors opened on 2/10/2024 at 7AM and it ended up taking 5 HOURS to complete service. Then, after spending $2000 on new tires, I had a low tire pressure alert while driving on 2/12 and had to stop at McGrath AGAIN to make sure my NEW TIRES were OK. Somehow even after spending all that time in service, someone had neglected to register the tire pressures in the MMI at the time of initial service. I am more than dissatisfied with all of this. Will seriously be looking at buying/leasing/servicing my cars elsewhere in the future.
There is NO POINT in anyone contacting me about this unless it is to offer me some sort of refund of at least a portion of the $2000 I SPENT to compensate me for the time and AGGRAVATION and INCONVENIENCE of this whole experience.

“Found washer fluid low: filled to proper level. “ who are you trying to kid ? I just filled the reservoir to overflow level two hours before service.
