Had to ask an associate to scrape the snow off the vehicle when I picked it up, as it was completely covered. Called and left a message that I was on my way to pick up the vehicle, but apparently was not taken care of. No apologies given. Was probably clueless about the situation.

A job that was to take 2 hours turned into a 4 1/2 hour wait. With hindsight I’ll get a loaner vehicle next time as I spend much longer than expected waiting for jobs to get done.

Only complaint is the four hour wait for tire check - there was a nail and tire had to be replaced. Also performed early oil change. It was a long long time.
