Arian is fine. He is courteous and a gentleman. I brought my RS7 in because the last time I was in, they added too much oil and Everytime I started the vehicle, I had the alert to lower the oil level. So today, I bought it in. They had me in and out in 20 minutes, that’s good. However, after I started driving, the reduce oil light came back on. I didn’t have time to bring it back. Best to do it right the first time. This isn’t an Arian issue.

Jaylene was very proficient with explaining what the whole procedure with my vehicle and got me in my rental car and on my way. She and her service team had serviced my vehicle in a quick time frame. For that I’m greatly appreciative of that fact.
