Oil change took 2 hours 40 minutes. Not great customer service, and still have yet to receive my estimate via text. Apparently my water pump needs replaced but I have no estimate or quote like I was told I would get

Apparently only 2 people know how to wash a car at McGrath and they wee both off the day of our service. We have always gotten a car wash at The Exchange, no exceptions. A little disappointed at the lack of effort.

Arian trusted the arrangement I stated was offered by my advisor who was out sick. Arian did the work on my car exactly as I hoped. I was particularly impressed with the body touch up and buffing. He was also courteous, understanding, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

My daughter brought my car in for an oil change and she asked about online coupons which we were told about. The service advisor was extremely rude and said she would only except a hard coupon. She didn’t have to be treated that way. After the car was ready the car was not even washed and was filthy. I have a Volkswagen which I take to my local dealer and every time the car goes in for service gets washed. I am very disappointed with your dealership and I am inclined to post a negative review on Google because of the poor service we received.

Estimated time is always less than the real time. Some maintenance costs seem exorbitant.

Gary, was very knowledgeable and professional. He keep in contact with me with updates regarding my vehicle's repair work.
The loaner he provided was very much appreciated because I live in Sebring!!! Bottom line I felt I could trust Gary!!!
