Stefano exemplifies what a top service representative looks like. From the moment me and my wife walked in, we could tell his service was going to be superb just from his charismatic greeting. We recently changed from Audi South Orlando to Audi Lakeland and we’re pleased to say that it was well worth it. Our experience with Stefano was very definitely what made the difference between the service department, where the customer service itself was what prompted us to drive an extra 10 minutes to change from Audi South Orlando to Audi Lakeland. We will continue to service our vehicle there.

This was my first time at the dealership. Ryan was extremely friendly and provided fantastic service! He took the time to review my vehicles service history and we set a plan for future maintenance. I will always bring my car here in the future and recommend your dealership. Great experience!!

Five years ago Audi Morton Grove urged me to replace the car battery.
Five years later I was told that there was no issue at all with my battery
Also the Audi Multipoint inspection was performed today and I was informed that everything was ok with my car.I drove today for roughly one hour and the computer just informed me that the oil level was low.

Tony was very helpful in explaining everything. I had great conversation with him as well. But I will be looking for another provider for my oil changes from here on. Prices are out of hand now. Was quoted $209 and paid $250
