Engine needs to be replaced in my 2014 Audi A5 after only 97,000 miles. It appears there will be no financial help from Audi. My Toyota Camry engine is still going after 316,000 miles.

Christian, did not let me know when my vehicle was completed. The service scheduled for 3 hours, i didn’t get my vehicle for 2 additional days. I texted the first day, called the service line the second day and received a text the following Monday. Very disappointed in the lack of communication, when I arrived to pick up my car, there was no apology or indication of anything lacking. I will be looking for other places for service moving forward.

I had been dealing with arameh for the last few years and was thrilled with his service. I received a new representative and suddenly finding all sorts of problems and needs for service on a vehicle i’ve brought in a few times over the master for regular checkups or minor issues, and then quoting me half of what the car if even worth (if that) is unacceptable. I don’t know if i was treated like this because I was a woman. Furthermore, nobody charges for diagnostics anymore. Yet, I was being charged for diagnostics for each section of my car they were looking at (3 or 4). I am so insulted and had actually considered purchasing my car again from you. My husband and I are both customers, as is one of my brothers. My family worked in the automotive parts business for 80 years. Still, I was treated like someone they were trying to see how much money they can make

Ryan was excellent. Very thorough and attentive to all aspects of getting the car serviced. Sometimes the news is not happy, e.g. the car has cost issues that had not been anticipated. He did a very good job of handling all items of the service - good and not so good. I would highly recommend Ryan and I anticipate he will be a valued employee for as long as McGrath has him.
