Randy and Veronica were amazing. Veronica’s ease of scheduling and securing a loaner. Randy following up with the extended warranty company, and sending me constant updates. Great job by the both of them!!

Randy is great and informed me all along the way. But the car was not washed as I was told it would be and I was told it was disinfected inside but saw no sign that it had been.

I’m very frustrated with the driver side door not opening. It’s very frustrating and I did NOT encounter this with the toyota I leased. Also, since I tried to use the Apple car play, it does not work properly. SO FRUSTRATING!! I thought these problems could be fixed yet I guess they are a common issue with Audi. My service tech was great, absolutely no complaints yet thought the problems could be fixed.

Randy was awesome and kept us in the loop throughout the process. He was also able to get us set up with Audi Care. A large part of why we purchased Audi care was because of the savings, but also because Randy was not pushy. He talked us through the pros of the product and left the ball in our court. We are generally a BMW family, but are heavily considering moving to an all Audi household because of the positive experience with Randy.

Jaylene was very helpful and patient. She also connected me to someone to extend my service contract. I’m very appreciative to individuals in the service area when they are prompt, professional and attentive so that the experience is a pleasant one. I was very satisfied with the service except for the fact I had to go find my car in the parking lot when I picked it up. I was a BMW customer previously and my car was always brought to me or right outside the door to jump in. Having your customers go find their car in your parking lot probably isn’t ideal. Just something to think about.
