I brought my S3 in to get the sun roof looked at as it was stuck open and wouldn't closed. Brought it in on Thursday at 9am when they first opened and was informed that they had other cars to look at first, but would get to my car as soon as possible. I informed the representative that I understood but that I had work at 3pm. They told me that a loaner car would be available and to just stop by and pick one up when I needed it. At 12pm they informed me that the motor on my sun roof was in need of replacing, so they would need to keep my car over night, order the part, and the part would be in first thing Friday morning. At 2:30pm I called to see let them know that I was going to come by to pickup a loaner vehicle and see what I needed to do to acquire one. The representative then told me that they actually had none available for me. I was late to work due to this as I then had to find a ride. I finally received a call at 5pm that a loaner car was available for me but by then I was already at work and wouldn't be out till 3am. I had to bring my dog to the vet at 8am but was unable to, again because they didn't provide me with the loaner car they promised would be available for me. 12pm on Friday I called the representative to see if my car was finished, as this is the time that I was told my car would be completed by. They told me that my car now wouldn't be completed till 3pm. I had errands that I still had to run that I was unable to due to being without a car still. Again at 3pm I called to see what the status of my car was, and again I was met with a delayed completion of 5pm. Finally at 5:20pm my car was ready for me to pick up.

I truly enjoyed my visit to Audi Lakeland today. James was so very pleasant from start to finish. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the entire experience. Thank you James and Lakeland Audi.
