Whenever I have my Audi serviced at your dealership Randy always takes very very good care of me and he's also very very detailed which I like. And even though I did not buy my car from McGrath Randy took me under his wing and made sure that my experience at your dealership was great. Thanks for the excellent service Darren.

The staff promptly greeted me and Randy personally assessed the malfunction of the window switches. He stayed in touch with me throughout the repair. The checkout process when I arrived was quick and efficient.

I have no issues with my service advisor Jaylene Abrigo. I own a 2017 A7 with less than 17,000 miles. I’ve had a noticeable knocking coming from front suspension at low speeds. First time I brought it in for this issue, tech tighten up something & I was told “see how it is”. If I still had issues I’d have to bring it in for additional diagnostics. Brought it in again only to be told “this is how the car is”. Tech advisor said someone in service department drove another 2017 A7 & heard same sound. I can’t believe Audi can’t resolve this issue by replacing the faulty or substandard parts that were originally installed. My loaner car was a 2019 A7 with no knocking coming from front suspension whatsoever. Not happy my 78k car is knocking & can’t be fixed.

While I was really satisfy with my service, I do have a suggestion. I took my car for a oil change but when I got back my car my seat was very dirty. My seat was just reupholster a day before so there was no spot on it, but when I got back my car it was black. I didn't notice until I was home and I was very piss. Next time please put a cover or paper over the seat.
