Randy Scarbro did a great job understanding what the issue was in my sons car. We had a phone conversation and explained to him the problem my son was having with the steering wheel. Randy, told us he had a good idea of what the problem was. We brought the car in and sure enough he was right. He took the time to explained the part that was damaged and the process it takes to replace it. We are very please with the repair once we picked the car up. We will continue to service our cars at McGrath Audi and have Randy be our service adviser. Thanks Randy.

It was nice that the dealer is washing cars again
My only criticism is that the wheels were pretty filthy
It takes time to really clean the rims properly so maybe they didn’t have the time to do it

I was mildly disappointed that the car wash was not open until 10am. This was not Jaylene’s fault. The front desk service person should have explained this to me. I would have made a later appointment. As I said, mildly disappointed.

Above and beyond the call of duty. Flat tire, Mariano's lot. Simon came over to put my spare on for me, so I could safely drive to your shop for the new tire installation.

Randy is a true professional and has a customer first attitude. He is personable and treats me as if I was family. Randy takes the time to listen and diligently explains the process and what to expect. I very much appreciate the proactive updates and speed at which Randy operates. When I think of Audi I think of McGrath and Randy who represents the men and women who in my opinion are the best in the business. Keep up the great job.
