I need to receive the video taken prior to the service. There are now scratches on our back bumper that we did not notice before the service. I deleted the text before noticing the scratches. Please have the technician resend the video to me. Thank you.

My issue that was addressed has been a chronic problem. Randy did a great job and taking the time to seek a solution and then explain to me precisely what was done. I am hoping that this will finally solve the problem of my rattling sunroof.

The car last Friday would not start. I left a voicemail message to which you never responded. I feel I can’t trust the car neither you to help me when I need help. Even now I don’t feel that the same can’t repeat regarding starting the car.
