I checked in. Person said an hour and a half. After 30 minutes I was called to the service desk when I checked again and was told another hour and a half. Bottom line - my first half hour was wasted time. Thank you.

Originally I was told it would be a 2-2 1/2 hour wait. No problem I’ll read a book. Get caught up on some calls etc. I waited near to 5 hours at the dealership. Any other part of my experience was good. But 5 hours come on!
