It was a pleasure having Jaylene as my service contact. She is thorough, empathetic, has a good sense of humor, and worked well within the budgetary confines I’m currently experiencing. The car was returned to me completely spotless inside and out, attention to detail greatly appreciated. I also liked her sweet note of appreciation for my trust in McGrath and wishes for me to stay safe left on my dashboard. Impressive!

Jaylene Abrigo was very pleasant to work with. She handled my concerns very professionally when I was having trouble with my car and the extended warranty company I currently have. She was magnificent from the start to the end even though I couldn’t get my car fixed due to the warranty issues. She updated me through phone call and text with the condition of my car and also with the communication she was having with the warranty company. I would highly recommend her with any person that is needing any service for their car.
