Last year I scheduled a visit for a tire swap.i requested also the inspection both sets of tires winter and summer.i was told everything was ok .the summer tires were placed into the plastic bags and loaded into my car.Recently I scheduled a visit for a tire swap .
While loading summer tires into my trunk I noticed a big screw in one of my summer tires even though I was assured several months ago that the tires were in a perfect shape!!! During the visit the technician informed me that because of the size of the screw the tire was irreparable.
And it is NOT THE FIRST TIME situation like this happen.

Please get scheduling right as I came for dent repair but gentlemen was available. However u made up for it with kindness and professionalism and eventually by having me drive to Acura dealership it all worked out later
