Andrew and the service manager, Darius, were very helpful. Unfortunately, a part was necessary and had to be ordered -- so a second appointment was scheduled.

Very disappointing service. There was no communication, I was given the worst rental cars, and never received videos of my car being serviced or communication at all with any of the staff. The members were nonchalant and clearly did not care despite my numerous complaints. I will not be returning. The service was of the lowest quality and did not live up to the Audi name unfortunately.
