After driving there Saturday to be turned away and then calling Mon/Tues with no action the team was able to get we squared away on Wednesday. The team Weds did a great job!

Everything is good except one little thing that I should bring it up.I would improve the room you provide to use for charging phones/computers.I found it very uncomfortable sitting here cuz it seems this room has also been used as storage to keep food and other product

Randy was extremely professional and pleasant to work with, taking his time with me and answering all my questions. I never felt rushed or as if I was out of the loop while my car was in for service. Randy will serve as my “Audi guy” moving forward!

There were a couple of things
1. License plate was not put on like we agreed
2. Communication was mixed between manager and service advisor
3. The quote for all season tires did not quote the right tire sizes
4. There seemed to b confusion all around with multiple customers
5. There was a public conversation with a customer on speaker phone right next me that I should not have heard
I have bought 4 Audis and usually go the Audi Rxchange in Highland Park and am very satisfied with the service
This was the first time I was not satisfied
