Andrew is great. Your phone system is not. I received a msg at 5:50pm that my car was ready for pickup with shop closing at 6pm. I immediately called back but no one answered and the recording stated that the service department closed at 5pm. Imagine how I felt. This has nothing to do with Andrew, who was great, but the phones, me not able to get through.

I owe a huge thank you to Jeff who answered my call and received my news of a flat tire (not to long after leaving the dealership) with an "I got you." I also have to give huge thank you to the team who fixed the flat tire. The service area was again beyond busy, but your team still found time and fixed my unexpected problem before the end of the day. So Jeff and all of your team, thank you so much!

This is by far, the best experience I have had with ANY VW dealership repair service. From start to finish it was great! Thank you to Jackie, thank you to the service person that checked me out (can't remember his name) and thank you to the service person that washed my car and made it shine!

At least so far. My sister-in-law suffered a loss of a tire at fortunately low speed after another dealer did a tire rotation. That always worries me.

This gentleman has excellent customer service, he just don't care about your vehicle, he cares about the customer. He made me feel like my vehicle was the most valuable vehicle in place
