Took over 7 days to get rerun call to get car into service. Car was promised to be returned same day. Then car promised Monday 9 days later, car not fixed. Per Audi app car mileage did not change from 4,352 after I was told it had been test driven numerous times until 09/30/21 the mileage went up to 4,361 the day car was returned. I was told they could only find sporadic errors that were not correctable. Was supposed to get text from service when my car was being delivered, that message came 30 minutes after my car was dropped off, good thing I was home.

When I asked for detailing my car I had no idea my car would turn out like this!
My passion is to clean my car myself but I couldn’t make this car look better than what was done here! Absolutely worth it! I will be back!
I also must say Jaylene is amazing! I’m not good at first impressions but you take

The service department did an excellent job as always. I was disappointed the dealership didn’t have a loaner available though. Luckily I had another car to use at home.

They didn’t identify or fix the problem. They said there were no “codes” and the fan worked - but said nothing about it not cooling the seats.
They didn’t do the full inspection that the receipt said was done, and they didn’t wash the car, although when they called me to pick it up, he said it was in the wash line. Now I have to take the car somewhere else to have it looked at. This dealer has been very disappointing from the moment I bought the car. I won’t be buying another from them.

Mr Green is a valuable asset to your company. His professionalism and expertise in customer service is a special talent that did not go unnoticed. He was very courteous and personable. In the past I had a couple of service personnel who did not communicate on the status of repairs and did not return calls. I was kept up to date during the whole process by Mr Green. I work in a customer service industry and appreciate working with a professional.
